Mr. Rabbat joined SHUAA Partners in 2005 after working for one year as an Analyst with Capital Guidance Corporation in Paris, an international private equity firm with significant investments in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that, Mr. Rabbat attended several training programs including: Banque Audi in Beirut, Societe Generale in Luxembourg and Merrill Lynch in London and Monte-Carlo.

Mr. Rabbat holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Institut Superieur de Gestion in Paris. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
