Investment Strategy

The primary objective of SHUAA Partners Fund I, L.P. is to achieve capital appreciation through selected direct equity, debt and/or equity related investments. The Fund will adopt an opportunistic yet, diligent approach, in sourcing and evaluating its investments.

The Fund will generally focus on acquiring a sufficient interest in businesses so that it is able to exercise significant influence over matters relating to the strategy, management and operations of those businesses.

• A discernible exit strategy.
